Terms and Conditions 555ggg — Know Your Rights and Obligations

By creating an account, accessing, or using any service provided by 555ggg — including Sports Betting, online casino, crash games, slots, blackjack, and all other game types — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the guidelines of Responsible Gaming.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and 555ggg. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

The 555ggg may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email or platform notification with at least 7 days' advance notice. Continued use of the platform after the new conditions take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes.

To create and use an account on 555ggg, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration
• Be a resident of Brazil or hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list in any responsible gambling program
• Not having had a 555ggg account previously closed due to a Terms violation
• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration
• Not being an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of a 555ggg employee

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 555ggg. Account ownership is personal and non-transferable. Using the account on behalf of third parties, transferring the account to another person, or allowing anyone else to access and use your account is strictly prohibited.

The 555ggg applies identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer — KYC) in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations. These procedures may be requested at any point during use of the platform, particularly before withdrawals are released.

Documents that may be requested include:

• Valid government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or Passport)
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days
• Selfie holding your ID document
• Proof of the payment method used (where applicable)

Document review is completed within 48 business hours. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during the verification process. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary block on withdrawals.

• TED bank transfer — processed during banking hours (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others)

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. No deposit fee is charged by 555ggg, however any fees charged by the player's financial institution are the player's own responsibility. Deposited funds are available for betting and games immediately upon payment confirmation.

Withdrawal requests can be made from the "Finance" section of your account on 555ggg. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. The withdrawal method must be the same one used for the deposit or, if technically unavailable, an alternative method in the account holder's name.

Processing times are as follows:

• Voided, cancelled, or bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not count toward the rollover

Sports Betting at 555ggg cover football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other competitions), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports, and other events. The following general rules apply to all bets:

• A confirmed bet is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player, unless the cash out feature is available and activated before the event begins
• Live event bets are accepted while markets remain open — 555ggg may close markets at any time for operational reasons
• In the event of a postponed event: bets remain valid for up to 48 hours. After that period, bets are cancelled and the staked amount is returned to the balance
• In the event of a definitive cancellation: the full staked amount is returned to the player's balance
• For straight-result bets (1X2), extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless explicitly stated in the market
• 555ggg reserves the right to correct obvious odds errors (for example, odds that are clearly off-market due to a technical failure) and to cancel any bets placed under those circumstances
• Parlay bets are calculated by multiplying the odds of all selections. If one selection is voided, the parlay remains valid with the remaining selections

All casino games available on 555ggg — including slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Live Casino, and crash games — use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent auditors. Crash games also use the Provably Fair system, which allows players to mathematically verify the integrity of each round themselves.

Game-specific rules:

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in the title's information before the session begins
• Results of completed games are final and cannot be changed or reversed
• In the event of a technical failure during a round (connection drop, server error), 555ggg will apply its technical failure policy: the ongoing round will be cancelled and the bet amount returned to the balance
• Demo mode is free and requires no deposit — available for most titles in the catalog
• Progressive jackpots have specific rules published on each game — including minimum bet amounts required to be eligible for the jackpot
• In the Live Casino, dealer decisions are final — 555ggg has no influence over the outcome of live games streamed by partner providers

The 555ggg has a zero-tolerance policy for any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or harms other players. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts in order to obtain duplicate bonuses or benefits
• Use of software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with games
• Exploiting bugs, technical glitches, or odds errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained this way will be reversed
• Bet manipulation in collusion with third parties, including arrangements to cover all possible outcomes of the same event ("dutching" for bonus abuse)
• Use of the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activity
• Account sharing with third parties or granting access for use by another person
• Registering on behalf of a third party or using another person's CPF or personal details
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior directed at support staff or other players

You can request the closure of your account at 555ggg at any time, through the account settings panel or by contacting support. Voluntary closure is processed within 24 hours, and any available balance (excluding unconverted bonuses) is returned via Pix to the key registered on the account.

555ggg may close or suspend an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions
• Well-founded suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• Inability to verify the player's identity or eligibility
• Self-exclusion request by the player through the responsible gambling program
• Account inactivity for more than 24 months (the account can be reactivated upon request)

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, 555ggg reserves the right to withhold pending balances during the investigation period, releasing verified legitimate deposit amounts once the review is complete.

However, the 555ggg cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond the platform's control.

555ggg is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the player
• Service interruptions caused by the player's internet provider
• Losses resulting from the misuse of access credentials voluntarily shared with others
• Taxes and fiscal charges on winnings — the player is solely responsible for their own tax obligations with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service
• Content on third-party platforms that may be accessed via links on the site

The 555ggg treats responsible gaming as a core part of its offering — not a checkbox item. The platform provides a set of tools to help you stay in control of your gaming behavior:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit — you set the maximum amount you can deposit in each period
• Session loss limit — once the limit is reached, the session ends automatically
